We have a management staff that constantly checks our systems and performance so that we can find ways to better serve you, our customer. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergency you may have, in fact, we promise to respond to your emergency within 1.5 hours from the time you call if you are in a situation where you will incur property damage. We know how to listen. We don?t have a purpose without our customers. Our job is to deliver what you want, when you want it!? We survey each customer after their job is completed and the technician has left their home.?Our lines are always open to answer questions or concerns. A customer who calls in with a concern or complaint, receives top priority in our office and we do whatever it takes to satisfy that customer. We also participate in a customer satisfaction audit yearly to get a report card of how we are doing. Listening to our customers allows us to deliver the service you need today. Follow-through is critical to keeping our promise to you. Everything else that we do is of no value to you if we don?t back it up and follow-though on our promises.
