P F Chang's China Bistro

I am amazed that this place is as busy as it is. The food here is really very mediocre. Service at lunch was terrible. The waiter was slow and brought our entree only moments after serving the appetizer.

There were three of us at the table and I noticed that all of our entrees had overly dark appearances which indicates an over abundance of soy sauce. The over arching taste taste was of the salt from too much soy on all three dishes.

I am just amazed that this place is busy - the food is very, very average - no better than you would get at the drive thru at Wong's Wok. Service is poor. Costs are high. Lunch, with shared appetizer, and soft drinks was $66 without tip. The dining room is also very loud.

There are several good Chinese restaurants with in a few miles of here that cost half of this price and are at least twice as good. There must be a reason the place was 2/3 full for lunch - but it is not for the food or the service. Its a write off for me.

Our meal was excellent,the server very attentive.You can now make reservations and I would suggest you do so.

I experienced lunch at Chang's Bistro. The restaurant was extremely busy so service suffered. Quality of food was ok, not extra special. Would I go again? Yes, but definitely not at lunch time!

PF Chang's has the best Chinese food in town. The food is fresh and delicious. No MSG is used in their kitchen. The restaurant is comfortable and the wait staff is superb. I highly recommend checking it out.

Been here several times due to its location, and it makes for a great dinner choice, though I have often stopped in for an appetizer and drink. Drinks are superb, and the flavor of the menu items is robust. I do also enjoy being able to ratchet up the spices on these, as WI is uncommon for spicy food.

What sets the final star for me is the service. Never had a problem with the service, and have had times where I wish to write the management to commend the service. One main example, I arrived and ordered both of our drinks and an appetizer while waiting for my wife. She was delayed in snow, and when she did arrive, the server remade her drink, and brought a fresh batch of appetizers out (I had since eaten them), all at no added cost. Superior example of service.

I love the food here. the cocktails are also really good. The shrimp dishes are fantastic. It?s also a good place to go on office dinner outings. Tasty food.
Being a Buddhist however i didn?t personally like the fact that they have named a dish fried Buddha. I have not seen fried Jesus or fried Allah anywhere else in menus.
